Quality Scheme - DTI
In January 2004 we became an accredited members of the DTI back scheme designed to provide the contractor and consumer with a insured guarantee for each contract. The aim was to give confidence to both parties involved when undertaking work in the domestic market place and removing the risk of dealing with unknown traders.
Unfortunatly the scheme ceased on the 31st December 2004 due to insufficient traders joining the scheme. The latest directive from the DTI indicates that a new scheme will be launched Feb/March 05 to replace the original Quality Mark Scheme.
